Incorporating props such as blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets can not only give additional support in your practice but can also add intensity, space, ease or peace in your body and mind as you explore different asanas. No two bodies are alike and in fact, no single body is entirely symmetrical, so learning how to modify in the poses can be a revelation in your practice whether you are a student or a teacher.
In this workshop, we will apply possible modifications and the use props to provide security or challenge in different asanas.
Current Yoga Teachers can receive CEU’s through this workshop.
