Sunday, September 23 – 2:00-4:00pm
In this 2 hour kids yoga workshop with Karli Tobin, children will be introduced to yoga through poses, breathing techniques, games, and activities to help creative positive thinking and a growth mindset. The goal will also be to help ease the stress that children can face today.
We will create a take-home “calm bottle” that the young yogis can use any time they need to remember to breathe.
The afternoon will have an upbeat atmosphere that allows for freedom of expression and creativity with support from not just the teacher but other yogis as well.
Recommended ages: 3rd-6th grade
