Kickstart 2020 with this motivating 30 day workshop!
Dietary change is hard, and the road to wellness is never one that is without bumps and detours. Finding the best methods of fueling your body is worth it. Your health, your weight, your mood, and your happiness can all be improved through nutrition and yoga.
During this 30 days, the goal is to repair the body’s digestive system by removing certain foods that stress and malnourish the body. Throughout the 30 days we ask that you support this change with committing to a consistent yoga practice (2x-3x per week) that will aid in the removal of toxins, and the strengthening of the bodies systems.
This workshop will include:
- review between food and mood
- tools to adopt an anti-inflammatory diet
- analysis of food labels and confusing ingredients
- 30 days of motivation and resources (recipes and tools) only sent to members of group (via email and Facebook)
- candlelight flow class
- end of program potluck to share recipes, connect with other yogis, and come up with long term plans to stay healthy in 2020!
