Brittany Brady
I was first introduced to yoga in high school by my mother. Having been an active teen involved in several sports, yoga was a way for me to relax and calm the mind while still getting an intense workout. I was immediately hooked. Yoga was a way for me to feel confident and secure in my body. It sparked creativity, energy, and compassion both on and off the mat.
After practicing for several years, I received my 200-hour yoga training certification. I am truly grateful for what yoga has given me and I hope to inspire and educate those around me.
In addition to yoga, I love spending time with family and friends, hiking with my husband and two dogs, Locke and Boone (we love LOST), rock climbing, and binge-watching Netflix. I also work as a Digital Producer for the PGA TOUR.
