Dan Pascale
Dan began practicing yoga in 2003 in an effort to recover from hard exercise and occasional injuries. Initially yoga served as another competitive outlet for him. It wasn’t until later that he realized that the practice of yoga would be one of the most effective techniques at relieving stress and improving overall well-being. By letting go of ego, the active mind, and creating a rhythm of movement and breath, he left his practice feeling a sense of calmness and clarity.
Through his classes, his goal is to help bridge that gap for others. Those who attend his class can expect heated Vinyasa flow that will connect movement with breath at times, and offer static holds at other times. The practice of maintaining a calm intention will carry through savasana and to the rest of the day.

Dan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance with an extensive background in anatomy and kinesiology, having completed coursework at a doctorate level.
