Passionate about helping others be healthy and happy, Jennifer became a 200-hour certified yoga instructor in 2012. She trained in Baptiste power yoga and loves to practice and teach all styles. Jennifer has a soft spot for beginners and athletes and wants to help make yoga accessible to everyone.
Jennifer is continuously looking for ways to learn and grow and most recently became a certified wellness coach. When not on her mat, you can find her running, cycling or spending time with family and friends.
