I took my first yoga class while studying to be an elementary school teacher in 2003. I loved how relaxed and connected my mind and body felt and it was also the perfect balance after a long run, TRX class or SUP session. It was through my pregnancy and prenatal yoga where I discovered the love for pranayama, meditation and long yin holds. In 2013, I received my 200 hour Teacher Training Certification. My personal practice differs every day but usually includes sun salutations with a mix of yin, ashtanga binds and challenging core and arm balances. I would love to share my passion for music, creative vinyasa sequences and pranayama with you and together we will create space, peace and healing for ourselves and our community.
