A Vinyasa flow, blending several different styles of yoga where movement is matched with breath, resulting in a pure burn and bliss workout. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and release. Beginners / All levels welcome!
Power Hour (All Levels, Class heated Mid to High 80s)
A fitness-based, high energy approach to vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking breath with a rigorous and faster-paced flow. Students will build strength, flexibility, and focus while cleansing the body and the mind. It is recommended to have some vinyasa experience.
Iyengar (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
An all levels class, emphasizing detail, precision and alignment in the performance of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath control). A precision practice, where postures are held for longer periods of time and often modified with props to accommodate a wide variety of practitioners. This practice systematically balances the body by activating strength, flexibility, endurance, relaxation and greater mindfulness.
Sculpt and Flow
In this 60 minute class, you will combine yoga, cardio, and free weights for an overall amazing workout. This class will combine many of your workouts into one. It will be a power vinyasa flow combined with weight exercises in order to tone and build muscle, along with cardio in order to boost metabolism and burn those extra calories. You will leave this class feeling stretched, toned, and energized!
Restorative (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
A relaxing, gentle and nourishing class that promotes greater well-being. This class offers deep restorative work with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) so the body naturally relaxes into poses that are held for several minutes while encouraging passive stretching, improving range of motion, joint mobility and reducing the effects of mental and physical stress. All levels will benefit from this class, including those with injuries, sleep issues, stress and those with arthritis or other chronic illness.
Flow 45 (All Levels, 80 Degrees)
A high energy 45 minute Lunch-Break flow where movement is connected to breath. A Vinyasa power flow, blending several different styles of yoga, resulting in a pure burn and bliss workout. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and release. Beginners / All Levels welcome!
Yin (All Levels, Non-heated)
A slower paced practice that releases the body and mind by slowing down, taking support from props and the ground, and concentrating on the spine, hips, and legs. This practice aids in sleeping, supports organs and automatic functions, and sends calming waves throughout the nervous system. You will leave this class feeling longer, more relaxed, and as if you’ve had a deep massage. This class is designed for all levels, beginner’s welcome.
Power Down (VYN)
Power Down (VYN) (All Levels, 80 Degrees)
A 75 minute unique blend of Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra. This class will begin with flowing movements, incorporating breath, strength and balance and gently transition into a series of Yin poses to promote deep stretching and long holds followed by a yoga nidra practice (yogic sleep) to rest and restore. Students of all experience levels are welcome.
6am Power Up Flow (All levels, 88 Degrees)
A fitness-based, high energy approach to vinyasa style flow for the morning person and the not-exactly morning person. Expect to move and sweat with the sunrise and leave centered, energized and ready to start your day. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and release. Music included with a cold lavender eye towel provided during savasana.
Gentle Flow (All Ages, Non Heated Class)
A gentle flow that is designed for any age. This class will focus on deep stretching, meditation, and a gentle asana. Yoga can be beneficial for all ages and supply endless benefits. Specifically in this class, our main goals are to reduce joint swelling, increase joint mobility and strength, improve balance and stability, and improve overall mental health and relaxation.
HardCORE Flow (All levels, 85 degrees)
A 60 minute core based vinyasa flow. This class will focus on exercises to help strengthen and improve the core, while also moving through a fun and energized flow to upbeat music. This class is heated at 85 degrees and is for all levels.
Slow Flow (All levels)
A slow-paced vinyasa class, ideal for anyone new to yoga or for anyone wanting to slow down and develop or strengthen their practice. The class will move through a full range of poses, with plenty of time to modify, while improving flexibility, balance and strength.
Gentle/ Foundations Flow
Gentle/ Foundations Flow (All Levels)
This class is perfect for the beginner yogi or those students who just want to slow down in their practice. This 60 minute class will be lead at a slower pace with emphasis on breath and alignment.
Deep Stretch (All levels)
Breathe deep and Stretch deep! This 45 minute non heated class is for anyone who is looking to deepen their yoga practice through a series of poses that stretch the upper body, spine, back, hips and legs. This class aims to elongate muscles, relieve tension, improve flexibility while gaining range of motion.
Community Karma Flow (All Levels, Class warm set to 82 degrees)
Come join us every Sunday for a community karma flow! $5 cash only. This quarter ALL proceeds will be going to the City Rescue Mission!
