Vinyasa Flow (All Levels, Class heated Low to Mid 80s)
A Vinyasa flow, blending several different styles of yoga where movement is matched with breath, resulting in a pure burn and bliss workout. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and release. Beginners / All levels welcome!
Slow Flow (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
A slow-paced vinyasa class, ideal for anyone new to yoga or for anyone wanting to slow down and develop or strengthen their practice. The class will move through a full range of poses, with plenty of time to modify, while improving flexibility, balance and strength.
Gentle Mix Flow
Gentle Mix Flow (All levels, Non-heated, 60 Min.)
A softer and energetic approach to full body yoga. This class combines light isolated holds to encourage strength + balance, a gentle flow for mind body connection and deep stretching postures for release + increased flexibility.
Power (All Levels, Class heated Mid to High 80s)
A fitness-based, high energy approach to vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking breath with a rigorous and faster-paced flow. Students will build strength, flexibility, and focus while cleansing the body and the mind. It is recommended to have some vinyasa experience.
Slow Flow + Nidra
Slow Flow + Nidra (All Levels, 80 Degrees)
A 60 minute unique blend of Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra. This class will begin with flowing movements, incorporating breath, strength and balance and gently transition into a series of Yin poses to promote deep stretching and long holds followed by a yoga nidra practice (yogic sleep) to rest and restore. Students of all experience levels are welcome.
Sculpt and Flow
Sculpt and Flow (All Levels)
In this 60 minute class, you will combine yoga, cardio, and free weights for an overall amazing workout. This class will combine many of your workouts into one. It will be a power vinyasa flow combined with weight exercises in order to tone and build muscle, along with cardio in order to boost metabolism and burn those extra calories. You will leave this class feeling stretched, toned, and energized!
Restorative (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
A relaxing, gentle and nourishing class that promotes greater well-being. This class offers deep restorative work with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) so the body naturally relaxes into poses that are held for several minutes while encouraging passive stretching, improving range of motion, joint mobility and reducing the effects of mental and physical stress. All levels will benefit from this class, including those with injuries, sleep issues, stress and those with arthritis or other chronic illness.
Yin (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
A slower paced practice that releases the body and mind by slowing down, taking support from props and the ground, and concentrating on the spine, hips, and legs. This practice aids in sleeping, supports organs and automatic functions, and sends calming waves throughout the nervous system. You will leave this class feeling longer, more relaxed, and as if you’ve had a deep massage. This class is designed for all levels, beginner’s welcome.
Yoga + Deep Stretch
Yoga + Deep Stretch (All levels)
Breathe deep and Stretch deep! This 45 minute, no-flow, non-heated class is for anyone who is looking to start, modify or deepen their yoga practice through a series of poses that strengthen and stretch the upper body, spine, back, hips and legs. This class aims to elongate muscles, relieve tension, improve flexibility and mobility through modified and full-range movements.
