Power & Vinyasa Flow
Power Flow (All Levels, 85 Degrees)
A high energy flow where movement is matched to breath. A Vinyasa power flow, blending several different styles of yoga, resulting in a pure burn and bliss workout. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and release. Beginners / All levels welcome!
Power Flow Level II/III
Power Flow (Level II/III, 85 Degrees)
A Level II/III Power Vinyasa Flow that includes multiple opportunities for inversions, binds and arm balances, but can also accommodate experienced Level I/II yogis with appropriate options and props. Pranayama exercises are included, chanting (optional), a 10 minute savasana as well as a closing meditation.
Iyengar (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
An all levels class, emphasizing detail, precision and alignment in the performance of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath control). A precision practice, where postures are held for longer periods of time and often modified with props to accommodate a wide variety of practitioners. This practice systematically balances the body by activating strength, flexibility, endurance, relaxation and greater mindfulness.
Sculpt and Flow
In this 60 minute class, you will combine yoga, cardio, and free weights for an overall amazing workout. This class will combine many of your workouts into one. It will be a power vinyasa flow combined with weight exercises in order to tone and build muscle, along with cardio in order to boost metabolism and burn those extra calories. You will leave this class feeling stretched, toned, and energized!
Restorative (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
A relaxing, gentle and nourishing class that promotes greater well-being. This class offers deep restorative work with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) so the body naturally relaxes into poses that are held for several minutes while encouraging passive stretching, improving range of motion, joint mobility and reducing the effects of mental and physical stress. All levels will benefit from this class, including those with injuries, sleep issues, stress and those with arthritis or other chronic illness.
Align and Define
Iyengar (Intermediate, 78 Degrees)
This hour class will have a large focus on proper alignment for the student to ignite new muscles of the body. Standing poses will help to define the waist, legs, and arms and abdominal poses will help to decrease bloating and build core strength. Movements and actions will be coordinated with breath to aid in increasing mental calmness. Align and Define will help kickstart your practice, whether a new student, or take an advanced student to the next level. If necessary, poses can always be modified or supported with props to get better access to the postures.
PiYo (Pilates + Yoga, All Levels, Non Heated Class)
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting and core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. This class is fast paced cardio (low impact) that will deliver a fat burning, fun and mind freeing workout that will leave your body looking lean and defined.

Workshops and Series will consist of Prenatal, Beginners, Inversions, Arm Balances, Hip Openers, Meditation, and more.
Senior Slow Flow
Senior Slow Flow (Ages 55+, Non Heated Class)
A gentle flow that is designed for ages 55 and over. This class will focus on deep stretching, meditation, and a gentle asana. Yoga can be beneficial for all ages and supply endless benefits. Specifically in this class, our main goals are to reduce joint swelling, increase joint mobility and strength, improve balance and stability, and improve overall mental health and relaxation.
Yin (All Levels, Non-heated)
A slower paced practice that releases the body and mind by slowing down, taking support from props and the ground, and concentrating on the spine, hips, and legs. This practice aids in sleeping, supports organs and automatic functions, and sends calming waves throughout the nervous system. You will leave this class feeling longer, more relaxed, and as if you’ve had a deep massage. This class is designed for all levels, beginner’s welcome.
Beginner/ Basics Flow
Beginner Slow Flow (All Levels, 80 Degrees)
This class is a creative, fun and safe environment for everyone, especially designed for new or returning students to the practice of yoga who are interested in a mindful approach. In this class, students will learn alignment of postures with options to suit the needs of the individual student within the group setting. In addition students will learn breath awareness, effective core strengthening, balance work, breathing techniques and experience deep relaxation. Students will develop the knowledge and body awareness to practice yoga safely as well as learn how to apply yoga to your everyday life. You will leave this class feeling relaxed, renewed, and more confident in your yoga practice overall. The heat will be kept at a mild temperature, around 80 degrees.
