Vinyasa Flow (All Levels, Class heated Low to Mid 80s)
A Vinyasa flow, blending several different styles of yoga where movement is matched with the breath, resulting in a pure burn and bliss workout. This class promotes strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and release. Beginners / All levels welcome!
Slow Flow (All Levels, Non-Heated Class)
A slow-paced vinyasa class, ideal for anyone new to yoga or for anyone wanting to slow down and develop or strengthen their practice. The class will move through a full range of poses, with plenty of time to modify, while improving flexibility, balance, and strength.
Vinyasa L.I.T.E. (All Levels, 77 deg Cool, 60 min)
This 60-minute rhythmic vinyasa flow supports Low Impact Transitions with an Emphasis on Strength + Mobility training.
This class combines isolated holds to encourage strength and balance, a synchronized breath-to-movement flow for mind-body connection and presence, with active and passive stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility.
Power (Yoga Experience Recommended, Class heated Mid to High 80s)
A fitness-based, high-energy approach to vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking breath with a rigorous and faster-paced flow. Students will build strength, flexibility, and focus while cleansing the body and the mind. It is recommended to have some vinyasa experience.
Slow Flow + Nidra
Slow Flow + Nidra (All Levels, 80 Degrees)
A 60-minute unique blend of Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra. This class will begin with flowing movements, incorporating breath, strength, and balance, and gently transition into a series of Yin poses to promote deep stretching and long holds followed by a yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep) to rest and restore. Students of all experience levels are welcome.
Sculpt and Flow
Sculpt and Flow (Yoga Experience Recommended, Class heated Mid to High 80s)
In this 60-minute class, you will combine yoga, cardio, and free weights for an overall amazing workout. This class will combine many of your workouts into one. It will be a power vinyasa flow combined with weight exercises in order to tone and build muscle, along with cardio in order to boost metabolism and burn those extra calories. You will leave this class feeling stretched, toned, and energized!
Restorative (All Levels, Non-Heated Class)
A relaxing, gentle, and nourishing class that promotes greater well-being. This class offers deep restorative work with the use of props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) so the body naturally relaxes into poses that are held for several minutes while encouraging passive stretching, improving range of motion, and joint mobility, and reducing the effects of mental and physical stress. All levels will benefit from this class, including those with injuries, sleep issues, stress, arthritis, or other chronic illness.
Yin (All Levels, Non Heated Class)
A slower-paced practice that releases the body and mind by slowing down, taking support from props and the ground, and concentrating on the spine, hips, and legs. This practice aids in rest, supports organs and automatic functions, and sends calming waves throughout the nervous system. You will leave this class feeling longer, more relaxed, and as if you’ve had a deep massage. This class is designed for all levels, beginners are welcome.
Vinyasa II (heated mid 80’s, some yoga experience recommended)
A step up from Vinyasa flow, blending several different styles of yoga where movement is matched with the breath, resulting in a pure burn and bliss workout. This class will offer many chances for arm balances, extra core, and chances to take your practice to the next level.
