Heather Nelson, E-RYT 500

A Jacksonville native, Heather Nelson began her yoga journey in 1995 and earned her Yoga Alliance certification in 2010. With over two decades of experience, she brings depth, intention, and heart to every class she leads. Heather’s teaching emphasizes breath awareness and mindful movement, creating a full-body experience that builds strength, flexibility, stability, and self-awareness.

Her classes are known for being creative, grounding, and transformative—offering an empowering physical practice that is accessible and adaptable to all levels. She holds certifications in Power Yoga, Silver Age Yoga, Kids Yoga, B Yoga, Restorative, and Yin Yoga.

Outside the studio, Heather is the founder and owner of Guardian Title & Trust, Inc., a real estate title insurance company serving the Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach communities. When not on her mat or immersed in real estate, she enjoys time with her husband, family, and friends. Passionate about living a healthy, outdoors-active lifestyle, Heather also volunteers in animal welfare, veterans’ initiatives, and local community efforts.
