Yoga has now been a consistent part of Karli’s life for about 3 years. She was a college athlete and when that ended she faced challenges as changes came her way. That is when she found yoga and began to rediscover herself. Little did she know would fall in love with the practice and it would help her realize she could gain strength in a non competitive way while letting go of expectations. From there Karli furthered her practice by going through the yoga certification process. Teaching has become one of her favorite things because she is able to help others find the balance between strength and relaxation while incorporating some fun play into their practice!
