Agreement Terms & Conditions

I certify that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that I may be contacted for a phone interview or additional information as part of the application process. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Red Skies Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Tuition, Refund & Cancellation Agreement: Full tuition for the Red Skies Yoga Teacher Training Program is $3,700. An Early-Pay Tuition rate of $3,300 is available when tuition is paid in full at least 60 days before the first scheduled training date. A $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit is applied toward tuition and is required to reserve my place in the program following acceptance.

If I cancel my enrollment 45 days or more before the first scheduled training date, I am eligible for a refund of tuition paid, less the $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit and a 7% payment and refund processing fee. If I cancel fewer than 45 days before the first scheduled training date, all tuition paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the program begins, no refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawal, missed training dates, or failure to complete program requirements.

If Red Skies Yoga cancels the Teacher Training Program, all tuition and enrollment fees paid will be refunded in full. Red Skies Yoga reserves the right to make reasonable changes to training dates, instructors, curriculum sequencing, or individual session times when necessary. I have read, understand, and agree to the Red Skies Yoga Teacher Training tuition, refund, and cancellation policy.

Attendance Agreement: I understand that full participation in the Teacher Training Program is required for successful completion and certification. If I am unable to attend a scheduled training session, I agree to contact the Director of Teacher Training as soon as possible. Required missed training hours must be completed through approved make-up sessions at a rate of $50 per hour.

I understand that unexcused absences, failure to communicate regarding missed training sessions, or failure to complete required make-up hours may prevent me from successfully completing the program or receiving certification. In such circumstances, tuition and fees remain subject to the refund and cancellation policy above.
