I stumbled across my first yoga class at a local gym. Not knowing what to expect, I wasn’t sure if I’d enjoy it. Little did I know, I’d immediately fall in love. Connecting the movement to breath was something I found to be beautiful. How just one little cue or adjustment could help you to fly and do something you never thought possible.
I immediately adopted a daily practice and spent a lot of my time learning and researching different styles of yoga.
After several years of practice, I am truly grateful for what I have personally experienced through the path of yoga. I became RYT-200 hr certified in 2016.
I try to take a lighthearted approach to yoga. Not to take yourself too seriously! We’ll sweat, listen to good music, and hopefully share a few laughs along the way.
