Linda Nelson
I discovered yoga 20 years ago when my friend and I were at a gym and decided to take a yoga class. My friend never went back; I never stopped going back. Wanting to grow in my practice, I transitioned from the gym to a studio. Most memorable in my yoga journey is that my daughter and I have practiced together all these years.
Although the asanas have enabled me to grow stronger and more flexible, yoga goes beyond the physical. By focusing on the breath, my practice has helped me to go within to that still place where thoughts subside, the body relaxes, and inspiration and ideas flow.

I love to teach to alignment, to help students reach their full potential in their practice. Created for all ages, and to all levels of experience, my classes have been described as a choreography, a slow moving dance transitioning from one pose to another.
Experienced in teaching gentle yoga, lite-vinyasa, yin, restorative, and hatha yoga, I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
Namaste.
