This 45 minute, no-flow, non-heated class is for anyone who is looking to start, modify or deepen their yoga practice through a series of poses that strengthen and stretch the upper body, spine, back, hips and legs. This class aims to elongate muscles, relieve tension, improve flexibility and mobility through modified and full-range movements.
