Sunday, October 21 – 1:00-3:00pm
In this 2 hour workshop, children will be introduced to yoga through poses, breathing techniques, games, and activities to help creative positive thinking and a growth mindset. The goal will also be to help ease the stress that children can face today.
The afternoon will have an upbeat atmosphere that allows for freedom of expression and creativity with support from not just the teacher but other yogis as well.
Recommended ages: 3rd-6th grade
