Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control and usable ranges of motion. The practice is complete with a self assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or putting you at an increased risk for injury.
This workshop, led by certified personal trainer Adam Lee, is meant to take you deeper in your yoga practice and allow you get into more poses comfortably and confidently.
