Restorative Yoga for Gratitude – A Thankful Practice

Arrive at 12:30 and make your own gratitude jar, all supplies provided or pick up a pre made jar.
Allow Kim Brown, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist to guide you through a gentle, passive and completely supported practice-using props in restful postures uniquely designed to help you open your heart with gratitude, stress less and find your inner calm.
Explore the mind-body connection as you learn to be present to what is happening in your body and where you hold tension. Learn breath work and guided imagery to consciously release these layers of tension in a completely supportive environment.
Appropriate for beginners and all levels of students interested in balancing their active practice and/or busy life.
