Similar to yoga in the art of balance, acupuncture is designed to promote and restore the balance of energy benefiting a wide variety of conditions from emotional to digestive and everything in-between. Yoga and acupuncture are a beautiful marry because they encourage relaxation in the physical and mental bodies, lessen chronic pain, increase flexibility and stamina. Both systems are used to tap into every part of the body.
Come join Breanna Tivvis and Sarah Paige Wilde for this unique workshop. All levels are encouraged for 75 minutes of yoga followed by acupuncture. Points will be discussed prior to the workshop.
