An intelligent progression through joint warm-ups, coached self massage techniques using lacrosse balls, foam rollers and other tools followed by stretching.
This class is a perfect fit for someone looking to take their practice to the next level, for an athlete’s recovery process, a complement to training, injury prevention, and just plain living.
All tools will be provided and all levels welcome!
