Come join us for this informative 4 week series with Jennifer Shetler. We will break down all poses typically taught in a typical vinyasa class.
We will focus on alignment as well as connecting ujjayi breath with the physical practice. The hands on instruction and informative teaching will allow you to feel confident and comfortable taking any vinyasa flow class to follow.
Commitment to almost all or all of the classes is important, as every week will gradually progress.
