Meet Kim Brown!
We are SO excited to offer a huge variety of classes on our schedule because we truly believe that yoga is for everyone. Kim is going to teach the “Beginner’s Flow” class Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 4:00-5:00 pm. This class is for the new student who wants to try out yoga in a safe and comfortable environment. This class will focus on alignment, breath, and learning the yoga practice in general. Kim has years of experience in yoga therapy and is perfect for helping the new student find their practice.
